End of Course Information
From The Registrar's Office

Course Evaluations

With the implementation of the SonisWeb student information system the
course evaluation process will now be handled online. Instructions are
on how to complete the evaluation are attached. Course evaluations must
be completed in order to view your grades online. (Auditors are also
asked to complete evaluations.) The course evaluations are available as
soon as the course ends but must be completed no later than January
25th.

Incomplete Courses

If you find that you will need an extension to finish your coursework it
is your responsibility to contact your faculty instructor in a timely
manner. It is at the discretion of the faculty instructor whether or
not to grant an incomplete. Incomplete Course Forms must be negotiated
by the student with the faculty instructor and signed by both.
Incomplete Course Forms can be downloaded from our website at
http://www.hartsem.edu/student/forms/incompletecourseform.doc or can be
picked up from the student forms center on the second floor of 77
Sherman Street. In order to receive an incomplete the completed and
signed form must be submitted to the Registrar's Office by January 25th.

Grades

If you have completed your course evaluation and your grade has been
entered into the system by your instructor, you should be able to view
your grades after February 1st.
